2-व्यावसायिक पर्यावरण के विभिन्न घटकों का वर्णन कीजिए।
3-संयुक्त स्कन्ध कंपनी से आप क्या समझते हैं? एक संयुक्त स्कन्ध कंपनी की स्थापना के संबंध में विभिन्न औपचारिकताओं का वर्णन कीजिए।
4-एक साझेदारी फर्म के पंजीकरण के संबंध में निर्धारित औपचारिकताओं का वर्णन कीजिए।
5-किसी व्यवसाय के अनुकूलतम आकार को प्रभावित करने वाले घटकों का संक्षेप में वर्णन कीजिए।

निर्देश-निम्नलिखित कथनों में से सत्य अथवा असत्य बताइए। प्रत्येक प्रश्न एक अंक का है।
