 प्रबन्ध : अवधारणा, प्रकृति एवं महत्त्व [MANAGEMENT : CONCEPT, NATURE And SIGNIFICANCE] PART-2/4 ************************************************* प्रबन्ध, प्रशासन एवं संगठन में अन्तर (DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MANAGEMENT, ADMINISTRATION AND ORGANIZATION) तीनों शब्दों का आशय स्पष्ट हो जाने पर इनका अन्तर सहज ही स्पष्ट किया जा सकता है। प्रशासन जहाँ उद्देश्यों का निर्धारण, नीतियों का निर्माण एवं निर्देशन करता है, प्रबन्ध वहाँ प्रशासन द्वारा निर्धारित लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करने में नीतियों को क्रियान्वित करता है। संगठन एक प्रभावी तन्त्र है। जो प्रबन्ध के द्वारा निर्धारित नीतियों को क्रियान्वित रूप देता है। संक्षेप में, प्रशासन प्रभावी निर्देश है, प्रबन्ध प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन है तथा संगठन प्रभावी तन्त्र है। इस प्रकार औद्योगिक संस्था के व्यवस्थाक्रम में प्रशासन उच्च स्तर पर होता है. प्रबन्ध मध्या स्तर पर तथा संगठन निम्न स्तर पर होता है। ओलीवर शेल्डन, फ्लोरेंस, टीड, लेंसवर्थ, शल्ज एवं विलियम स्प्रीगल जैसे प्रमुख विद्वानों ने इन तीनों शब्दों को पृथक्-पृथक् ही माना है। उनके अनुसार, प्रशासन नीति निर्धारण
